Obituary

Robin Michelle Smith, 59, of Hoxie, Arkansas, passed away in Jonesboro, Arkansas at St. Bernards Hospital on June 4, 2023. Robin was born on August 17, 1963, Savannah, Georgia, to James and Mary Smith. 

Robin was a loving and big-hearted person who cherished her family and friends. She had a contagious laugh that could light up  any room. Robin had a soft spot for animals and was a fair person who always saw the good in people. 

Robin graduated from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia, and pursued a career as an MRI Technologist. She was passionate about her work and always strived to provide the best care possible for her patients. 

In her free time, Robin enjoyed taking pictures, playing video games, and watching supernatural shows and was also a Huge Gorgia Bulldog Fan and watched every chance she got....

Robin is survived by her brother John Michael McGettigan and sister-in-law Patricia McGettigan, brother Darryl Anthony Clark, sister, Angie Barthol, niece Shanna Leigh McGettigan, and niece MaLenka Talia McGettigan, as well as her beloved cat Conner. She was preceded in death by her father, James Smith, mother, Mary Marjorie Smith, sister Donna Lee Rollins, and brother James Hoyt Smith. 

At this time, no services have been planned. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the ASPCA in memory of Robin Michelle Smith.
