Russell Wills Obituary

Russell Thomas Wills, age 75, went to his heavenly home Monday, September 25th, 2023, surrounded by his family and friends. He was born July 4th, 1948 in Stambaugh, MI. He proudly served his country for 21 years in the United States Air Force. He loved spending his retirement camping and fishing on Lake Overcup in Morrilton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William K and Mary Louise Wills of Alvin, VI and his brother, Richard Allen Wills of Kenosha, WI.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nickie Swartz Wills, son, Walter William Wills (Dina), six grandchildren: Gracie Fisher (Mason), Abby Joy Wills, Melody Wills, Isaac Wills, David Wills, and Ruby Sue Wills, two nieces: Cassidy Wills of Kenosha, WI and Angela Tanner of Little Rock, AR and one nephew: Bryan Tanner (Mary) of Alexander, AR.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Diabetic Association of America.

An ash spreading ceremony will be held at Lake Overcup at a later date for all who wish to attend.
