Obituary
Ruth Ringey, 71, passed away at The Springs of Magnolia, Arkansas where she was a resident since May 26, 2020. She was under the care of Enhabit Hospice. Ruth was born on January 6, 1951, to William and Betty Patterson in Texarkana, Arkansas. Ruth was a Certified Respiratory Therapist for the State of Texas where she previously worked for Wadley Hospital for many decades and then retired. Ruth enjoyed caring for people and loved her family and grandchildren. Ruth will be loved and missed by many.
Ruth is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers Duwane Patterson, Bobby Ray Patterson, William Ernest Patterson; and one sister Alice Blakely.
She is survived by one daughter: Brandi A. Ringey of Texarkana, AR; Brother Calvin Lynn (Yvonne) Patterson of Northampton, PA; Sister Wilma Ernestine (William Lee) McCord of Buckner, AR; three grandchildren Christen Renae Hicks, Dalton James Hicks, and Shawn Latrell Gipson and many nieces and nephews.
Private Services will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery at Shover Springs, AR at a later date.
