Susan Zenobia Copeland Andrews Holmes, 64, of Conway passed away peacefully Tuesday morning June 9, 2020 following a 25 year battle with HHT, a rare blood disease. She was born November 5, 1955 in Little Rock to the late Clovis Copeland and Charlene L Carder Copeland "Gammy" at Little Rock.
Along with her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her beloved son, Roy "Brandon" Andrews whom she treasured.
Susan is survived by two of her life's greatest treasures, her grandchildren, Hunter Andrews and Carson Smith. She is also survived by her brother, Jackie Copeland and sister, Dianne Cox, as well as a host of treasured friends she deemed family, and they deeply treasured her as well.
The family would like to extend a special "Thank you", to her second family, James and Jamie Fagan, who have loved and cared for her over the last seven years, since Brandon's passing. We also want to acknowledge her best friend Brenda Shoptaw, whom she loved dearly.
Hunter and Carson would also like everyone to know that going to Heaven was Susan's wish. She was ready to reunite with her lost loved ones and they are confident that she is now with them, smiling down on all of her beloved friends and family. We know we will see her again one day.
To memorialize her, the family asks you make a donation in her name to: CureHHT httpL//curehht.org and select "Donate" or mail a contribution to Cure HHT P.O. Box 329 Monkton, MD 21111.
The family will be holding a small, private celebration of Susan's life. We appreciate your willingness to allow our family to grieve her passing privately.
