J. Wesley Cole

Owner/Funeral Director/Certified Crematory Operator

The day after his high school graduation Wesley moved to Georgia to begin his career in funeral service. He graduated from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Decatur, Georgia with an Associates Degree in Funeral Service. He moved back to Arkansas in 2005, and has been in funeral service for over 19 years. He is married to Donna Bradshaw Cole.

In 2018, Donna and Wesley purchased Buie Funeral Homes in Rison and in Sheridan. In August of 2022, they purchased Sullivan Funeral Care & Simply Cremation Care from longtime friend Mark Sullivan. 

Wesley is also a Certified Crematory Operator, a title he received from the National Funeral Directors Association. He is also a licensed Crematory Operator with the State of Arkansas. 

Donna Bradshaw Cole

Owner/Funeral Director

Donna is a native of Camden, Arkansas, she graduated from Victory Christian School in 1993. She later went on to attend the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope, where she received an Associates Degree in Funeral Service Science. She has worked in funeral service for the past 22 years. She is married to Wesley Cole and has one son Kaleb. Donna also resides in Searcy.

Vince Cole

Funeral Director, Certified Crematory Operator

After  30 years in the antique furniture business, Vince decided to change career paths and join his son Wesley  in  funeral service . He is a licensed funeral director and a United States Navy veteran.  He enjoys working on his farm in Cabot and restoring antique cars in his spare time. 

Tommy Rodgers

Transportation Manager

Tommy joined Simply Cremation Care in 2023. He has over 6 years of experience in funeral service.

Kelly serves as our office manager.
